Old Business:

Winter Bash - will be held at the Planter's Club on February 20th beginning about 6 p.m. The theme this year is "The 80"s". Please bring a dish to share and BYOB.

Hangover Race - The club will be donating $200.00 to each of the organizations listed on the flier.

Connex Box - the connex box is being put in on Saturday, February 13th around 12:30. If you can come out and help please do so.

Pipsico - work party has been scheduled for February 27th.


Land:

TDR 1 - wet, wet, wet!!!

TDR 2 - wet, wet, wet!!!


New Business:

Suggestion Box - at each meeting there is now a suggestion box. We would like to know some things you would like for the club to try and do.

Entertainment Committee - we are looking into possibly creating an Entertainment Committee to help plan events for the club members. If this something you might be interested in please contact a club officer.

The club will be making a donation to the American Cancer Society in Kathy Hale's name for a bowl a thon on February 20th in Williamsburg.


Town Meetings:

There will be a meeting in Gloucester on February 23rd to allow Robert Phaup to get his permit to keep Robert's Track open. The info is on the TDR bulletin board.

There will be meeting in Isle of Wight on February 24th on the possibilty of the county opening a riding area for kids only on the county fair grounds. The county has asked Peninsula Trail Riders to assist them in this endeavour.

If you can attend either or both of these town meetings please do so to show your support of off road riding.


Race Info:

Those that attended Sumter had a good time.



Please remember that the club is now full and we are back to a waiting list until after renewals in June.
