We have signed a contract with Bay Design Group to prepare a preliminary site plan for submittal to the Board of Zoning Appeals as required for the Speceil Exception application. This should take place in January. If approval is granted. We will have to have a detailed site plan which could take up to a year. We are hoping they will let us reopen when the preliminary plan is approved & before the detailed plan is done. We will know something in January.
