Hi,
I’m struggling to set up the suspension on my 2007 KTM 300XC. I’ve been adjusting the sags and spinning the clickers for over a year now. Not satisfied. Riding mostly TDR1. Front end feels harsh and deflects too much. Back end feels ok, but low. Would like to ride several of the local VCHSS races next year. Can anyone recommend a suspension tuner who does good work on 2007 KTM 300XC?

First question. Have you changed the springs for your weight? If the front springs are not set for your weight, it will keep it from ever being good. I weigh 240lbs without gear. I have to increase the size of the fork springs to keep the forks from settling down too low into the stroke. That is where the suspension valving gets harsher. _________________ CrazyTed Marriner
